By Order dated 11.4.2012, this Court issued Notice upon the respondent to engage another Lawyer since Advocate, who was initially engaged by him, has been elevated to the Bench of this Court. Though, the Notice is served on the respondent, neither he appeared personally nor has engaged any Lawyer. However, in the interest of justice, final notice be issued to the respondent informing him that on the next date of hearing if he does not appear personally or through his Lawyer, the appeal shall be proceeded further in his absence.
