JUDGMENT / ORDER

NOTICE returnable on 8th February 2012. Over-and-above regular service, Direct Service through registered post A.D. is permitted at the cost of the appellant.
It is pointed out that the learned Judge has stayed his own order till today. Therefore, the learned advocate for the petitioner requests to extend the interim stay granted by the lower Court which is in operation till today. In view of this, the interim stay granted by the lower Court which is in operation till today, is extended till returnable date.
