1.0 This Court on 14.12.2011 has passed the following order:

"The learned advocate for the appellant/s is directed to take appropriate action qua the unserved/expired respondent/s within a period four weeks from today, failing which the matter will stand dismissed qua the said respondent/s. The matter is adjourned to 13.01.2012.

A copy of present order be placed in each matter."

2.0 Inspite of the aforesaid order, no actions are taken by the learned advocate for the appellant. Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for default. Notice is discharged.
