(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI We have heard Mr.Mrudul Barot, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr.P.K.Jani, learned Government Pleader assisted by Mr.N.J.Shah, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent nos.2,3 and 4. Learned counsel for the appellant states that he wants to file amendment application to bring certain facts before this Court and also wants to implead State of Gujarat as respondent for which he wants to file impleadment application.
