New vs Nasiruddin

Learned Advocate Mr. Jayesh A. Dave for the respondent has drawn attention of this Court to the fact that the respondent herein has also challenged the Award under dispute by way of cross Appeal, i.e. First Appeal No.2602/2005 for enhancement of the claim awarded by the Tribunal. Hence, both the Appeals are required to be heard together.

In view of the above, Office is directed to place First Appeal No.2602/2005 alongwith the present First Appeal No.3224/2005. Accordingly, adjourned.
