Present Civil Application has been preferred by the applicants - original petitioners for permitting them to join the legal heirs and representatives of the original opponent No.3 in Civil Revision Application No.1023 of 1985.
Considering the fact that Civil Revision Application No.1023/1985 is already disposed of by this Court vide order dated 14.12.2010 and as no Civil Revision Application is pending on the file of the Court, no relief can be granted to the applicants in the present application permitting the applicants to join legal heirs and representatives of original opponent No.3 in a Civil Revision Application which is already disposed of.
Under the circumstances, present Civil Application is dismissed.
