Though served none appears for the respondents. Ad-interim stay granted earlier is confirmed on the same terms and condition. The applicant deposits with the Tribunal the entire awarded amount within a period of eight weeks from today. On deposit of the amount,70% of the amount shall be deposited by way of fixed deposit in the name of Nazir of the Tribunal with a nationalized bank initially for a period of one year and on maturity shall be renewed by one year at a time without any further orders in this regard till the disposal of the appeal. The periodical interest accrued on the said deposit shall be paid to the original claimants. Remaining 30% of the amount will be paid to the original claimants by Account Payee Cheque after proper verification. Rule is made absolute accordingly with no order as to costs.
