(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) This is an application for extension of time for deposit of the amount pursuant to our order dated February 3, 2012.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after going through the explanation given in the application, we find that sufficient cause has been made out for extension of time to deposit the amount as indicated in our order dated February 3, 2012.
We, therefore, extend the time for depositing of the amount as indicated in para-3 of the order dated February 3, 2012 by permitting the petitioner to deposit the amount within three weeks from today. There will be unconditional extension of the interim order which has since been vacated for non-deposit of the said amount, for a period of three weeks from today. If the amount is not so deposited within three weeks from today, this application will stand dismissed.
