1. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 20th October 2011.
2. Now, when the petition is circulated and placed for hearing, learned A.G.P. has made a request that substantial amendment is required to be made. He, therefore, requested for time to take out appropriate amendment. Alternatively, it is submitted that petitioner may be granted liberty to file fresh and composite petition for same purpose and against the same order.
3. In view of the request made by learned A.G.P. for the petitioner, present petition is permitted to be withdrawn at this stage with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh and composite petition after incorporating all relevant and necessary details and placing on record all relevant documents, against the same order and in respect of same subject matter.
4. With the aforesaid clarification, present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
