Having heard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case, present application is allowed and the applicant herein - original petitioner is permitted to substitute the name of Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited in place of Gujarat Electricity Board - original respondents in main Civil Revision Application No. 410 of 1997. Rule is made absolute accordingly. No costs. Registry is directed to amend the cause title of the main Civil Revision Application.
