JUDGMENT / ORDER

Despite the matter being listed under the caption “For Dismissal”, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It is seen that, the appeal is pending from the year 2001, and no purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending, when no steps have been taken to get the appeal numbered. Hence, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, CMA.Sr. is rejected.
