1. Though served, no reply has been filed by the opponents. Therefore, Ad-interim relief granted earlier stands confirmed on the same terms and condition.
2. The entire awarded amount shall be invested in Fixed Deposit with any nationalized Bank in the name of the 'Nazir' of the Tribunal, initially, for a period of one year and on maturity, shall be renewed from time to time until the final disposal of the First Appeal, without any further orders in that regard from this Court. The Fixed Deposit Receipt shall be retained by the 'Nazir' of the Tribunal. The periodical interest accruing on such deposit shall be paid to the original claimants on regular basis.
3. The application stands disposed of accordingly. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent with no order as to costs.
