(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) Mr.

Amar N. Bhatt, learned Counsel for respondent No.1, pointed out that the issue regarding giving priority in payment to the concerned creditors, where a Cooperative Society is in liquidation, is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and that the said matter is likely to be taken up for hearing by the Supreme Court in August, 2012.

In view of the above statement made by the learned Counsel, Mr. Bhatt and at the joint request of learned Counsel for the parties, the matter is adjourned to 8TH OCTOBER, 2012.
