(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE C.L. SONI) Learned advocate Ms. Amrita Ajmera has appeared for heirs of the original claimant deceased Anirudhsinh Bharatsinh Zala. The applicant has prayed for bringing on record heirs of deceased Anirudhsinh in First Appeal No.1180/2011. The applicant has also prayed for condonation of delay in filing this application and also for setting aside abatement caused in not filing the application in time.
Having gone through the contents of the application, we are inclined to allow this application. Heirs of deceased Anirudhsinh Bharatsinh Zala are permitted to be brought on record of First Appeal No.1180/2011. Delay is condoned and abatement caused is hereby quashed. Application stands disposed of. Rule made absolute to above extent.
