THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR TAKEN UP WRIT PETITION No.20296 of 2003 Order: : (per Sri Sanjay Kumar,J) This Writ Petition was taken up in public interest on the basis of the letter dated 11.09.2003 addressed to this Court by the Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Human Rights Committee, Hyderabad.
The cause espoused in the said letter was with regard to the failure to pay compensation to one Jampani Nagamani, widow of Jampani Venu, in relation to the fatal accident which claimed his life.
As the widow can approach this Court to avail legal aid in the event she is unable to afford an independent counsel and as the cause sought to be raised is individual to her, we see no reason to entertain this Writ Petition in public interest.
The Taken up Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
