ORDER
This petition has been filed by the Transport Corporation seeking condonation of delay of 15 days in preferring the appeal against the award dated 13.04.2006 passed in M.C.O.P.No.253 of 2005 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional District Judge at Dharmapuri.
2. A perusal of the record would go to show that though notice was ordered by this Court 21.06.2007 and 19.03.2012, no steps have been taken by the petitioner/Transport Corporation. Hence, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, the appeal in SR stage is also rejected. No costs.
