The vs Board

By way of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of the Gujarat State Co-operative Tribunal dated 29.04.1992.

By efflux of time, the petition has become infructuous. Even otherwise, the application is pending before the Tribunal. The authorities are directed to decide the same as expeditiously as possible.

With the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of.
