In the appeal, the appellant has restricted his claim to a sum of Rs. 1,40,500/- with interest. We thus permit the claimant-respondent to withdraw the amount by keeping a balance of Rs. 1,78,124/-. The Tribunal below is directed to invest the amount of Rs. 1,78,124/- in any Nationalised Bank in a short-term deposit and to go on renewing the same until further order by this Court. Hearing of the appeal be expedited. Learned Advocate for the appellant is directed to prepare eight informal copies of the paper book containing plaint, written statement, oral and documentary evidence exhibited, judgment and decree and the memorandum of appeal presented before this Court, within four weeks from the date of service of notice of arrival of lower Court records . In default to file copies of the paper-book within the aforesaid period, the appeal will stand dismissed. Interim stay granted earlier will continue till the disposal of the appeal.
