[1] Heard learned advocates for the respective parties. It is submitted by learned advocate for the applicant herein - New Indian Assurance Company that the applicant has already deposited entire decreetal amount with proportionate costs and interest i.e. Rs.7,28,586/- with the Trial Court.

[2] Having heard learned advocates for the respective parties, interim relief in terms of para - 6(b) till final disposal of First Appeal.

[3] In view of above, Civil Application is disposed of. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
