SAHAI) Learned counsel Mr.Abhishek Mehta and Mr.N.V.Solanki for the appellants seek permission to delete respondent no.18 GSTC employees Union which is not in existence. Permission as prayed for is granted. The appellant to carry out necessary amendment by deleting respondent no.18 in these two appeals.

2. Issue fresh notice to respondent nos. 9 and 22 returnable on 2.5.2012. Direct service is permitted.
