(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr.L.R. Pujari states, on instructions, that Mangaji Suraji Thakor, respondent no.1 herein and Jabuben, wife of Mangaji Suraji, respondent no.5 herein have expired. The learned APP is awaiting death certificates in respect of the above accused. Besides, the learned APP is praying for some more time to enable him to find out the whereabouts of respondents no.2, 3 and 4 and seek their presence before the Court. The request is granted.
2. The Registry is directed to issue FRESH PROCESS qua respondents no.2, 3 and 4 only returnable on 18th June 2012. Direct service is permitted.
