1. NOTICE issued in civil application is already served on the concerned respondents. Mr. Munshaw, learned Advocate, who appears for Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation, states that he has no objection if it is joined as party-respondent No.3 in letters patent appeal, since it is a necessary party.
2. None appear for respondent No.4-M.S. University.
3. In view of the grounds mentioned in this application, same is ALLOWED. The applicant is permitted to join Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation and M.S. University as party respondent Nos. 3 and 4, respectively, in the letters patent appeal. Civil application is DISPOSED OF, accordingly.
4. In view of the above, Notice of ADMISSION be issued to the newly joined respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in LETTERS PATENT APPEAL No. 112 of 2009, making it returnable on 20TH AUGUST, 2012. Mr. Munshaw, learned Advocate waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.3-GSRTC. Reply, if any required, be filed by the next date of hearing. In the notice it may be mentioned that the matter will be HEARD FINALLY on the aforesaid date, at the admission stage.
