Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Grievance of the petitioner is that Application 6C in Original Suit No.534 of 2018 (Vrijnandan Maurya v. Harpal and others), pending in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division ), Bareilly, is not being decided.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, no useful purpose will be served to keep this petition pending and call for a counter affidavit.
In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of providing that the concerned court below shall decide Stay Application (Paper No.6C) in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within eight weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
