This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 16.02.2016 in W.P.No.24668 of 2014.

Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent/contemnor would submit that, as against the order passed by this Court on 16.02.2016 in W.P.No.24668 of 2014, an appeal has been preferred in W.A.S.R.No.80910 of 2016. Since the petitioners has entered caveat, copies has been served on the counsel for the petitioners.
3. In the light of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed.
