JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr. Shah, learned advocate for the petitioner is not present. Matter is of the year 1994. Dismissing the matter for default shall not be in the interest of the petitioner. Therefore, as a last chance, matter is adjourned to 14.09.2012. It is clarified that if on the next date Mr. Shah is not in a position to appear before this Court, he shall make alternate arrangement failing which matter shall be dismissed in the first round itself.
