1. Mr.D.Kumaralingam, says that, he has been instructed by Mr.M.Palani, who is the Advocate on record, to withdraw the captioned writ petition. A copy of the letter dated 19.02.2017, addressed by Mr.M.Palani to the Registry, reflecting the said position, has been placed on record.

2. Accordingly, the captioned Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed and the interim order already granted stands vacated. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
