A memo has been filed in this writ petition to the effect that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition without prejudice to her right to challenge the order impugned before the Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions. The said submission is recorded. In terms of the said submission this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same before the Tribunal, in accordance with law.
