The contempt petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors / respondents and punish them for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.22380 of 2015, dated 21.01.2016.
2. Heard Mr.A.Rahul, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned counsel for the first and second respondents, Mr.A.P.Muthupandian, learned counsel for the third respondent and perused the records.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the entire terminal benefits have been paid to the petitioner along with interest.
4. In view of the above submission, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
