JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to relieve the petitioner from the post of P.G.Assistant based on the order of the 1st respondent issued in Mu.Mu.No.318/A5/2017 dated 30.01.2017 forthwith without reference to the pendency of W.P.No.2729 of 2017 filed by the petitioner.
2. This Court, by an order dated 02.03.2017 has directed the second respondent to relieve the petitioner to attend the delivery of her daughter viz., J.Pavithra, who is residing in London, United Kingdom.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader has submitted a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.176/2016 dated 20.03.2017 stating that the petitioner was relieved from her service, from the afternoon of 31.01.2017.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
