JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this Criminal Original Petition, the matter was amicably settled between the parties and therefore, the relief sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.Recording the abovesaid submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
