HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.9614 OF 2012 ORDER:
This petition is filed to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.289 of 2012 of Jangaon Police Station, for the alleged offences under Sections 498-A, 504 and 506 I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. None appeared for the petitioners.
Heard learned advocate for second respondent and learned Public Prosecutor.
It is submitted that police completed investigation and filed charge sheet and the same is registered as C.C.No.449 of 2012 on the file of Principal Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangaon.
As seen from the Charge Sheet copy produced by the learned Public Prosecutor, Police have completed investigation even before filing of this quash petition and charge sheet is filed on 21-12-2012 whereas quash petition is filed on 26-12-2012.
In view of the same, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to the disposal of this Criminal petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
