JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Notice returnable on 30th March 2012.
After hearing Mr.Panchal, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner and after going through the materials on record, we find that the petitioner has made out a strong prima facie case to have a stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the notice of demand, till the next date fixed with a liberty to apply for extension after service of notice upon the respondent. We, accordingly, pass such order. Direct service today is permitted.
