JUDGMENT / ORDER

A.Hariprasad, J.
When the matter is taken up, we could see that the disputes between the appellant and the 1st respondent have been settled in a mediation and they executed a compromise on 04.04.2014. The memorandum of settlement executed between the parties is produced and forms part of the records. The 2nd respondent died pending this appeal. On finding that the disputes have been fully and finally settled between the appellant and the 1st respondent, we find no reason to continue the proceedings. Hence the terms of settlement arrived at the mediation is hereby recorded and the appeal is disposed in accordance with the settlement.
