ORDER: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta)
We are of the view that at this stage, we do not want to entertain the writ petition. The Hon’ble Lokayukta is empowered to decide the question of jurisdiction and on all points.
Hence, it would be open for the petitioner to take up the point of jurisdiction as well as the plea of locus of the complainant before the Lokayukta. We desire that His Lordship will decide the question of jurisdiction first.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
