JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Petitioner has approached this Court at a time when it was thought that the Central Government is likely to return/reject his application for the reason that the State Government has not issued the Essentiality Certificate in time. By an interim order dated 2.6.2014, this Court directed the second respondent to pass appropriate orders in the matter. Pursuant to the said interim direction, Essentiality Certificate has been issued as per Ext.P9 on 10.6.2014.
2. The surviving complaint of the petitioner is with reference to consideration of Ext.P9 by the 1st respondent.
3. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner had approached the first respondent for starting a Medical College, Essentiaility W.P.(C)No.13795 of 2014 -:2:-
Certificate is one among the documents required for considering the same.
4. In the circumstances, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P9 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with the procedure prescribed.
Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
