JUDGMENT / ORDER

Though notice was ordered in this case on 30.10.2014 notice has not been issued for the reason that no process was paid by the counsel for the petitioner. The counsel for the petitioner now seeks a disposal of the writ petition itself directing consideration of Ext.P4 representation that is pending before the second respondent. I.A/14936/2014 has been filed for the said purpose. 2. In view of the limited relief sought, I am satisfied that it is not necessary to issue notice to the other respondents.
This writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the request of the petitioner set out in Ext.P4 and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as WPC 28553/2014 2 expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of three weeks of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment provided the same has been received and is pending.
