Petitioner has submitted Ext.P1 application before the District Treasury Officer seeking for renewal of stamp vendor license. He was a vendor until 26.6.2007. The complaint of the petitioner is that so far no action has been taken in respect of Ext.P3. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier also representations were given but no action was taken in this matter. It seems that representation at Ext. P3 was given only on 7.4.2014 and the petitioner has approached this court on 11.4.2014. Such practice has to be deprecated and I do so. However, taking into consideration the factual circumstances there will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
