JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioners seek to assail the notice issued under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, dated 10.11.2012.
2.We are of the view that the petitioners should respond to the notice within a period of fifteen (15) days from today including raising any jurisdictional issue and the concerned authority will then examine the matter and proceed in accordance with law, completing the proceedings within a period of two (2) months thereafter.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2012 stands closed.
