JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondent has committed contempt by not complying with the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19586 of 2016, dated 17.10.2016.
2. Today, it has been submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that after proper enquiry, the case has been closed and the closure report has also been served on the petitioner. He also produced the AD card for proof of service and also produced a xerox copy of the closure report before this Court. Thus, the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent. Hence, no question of contempt arises in this case.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is closed.
