The petitioner had challenged the election, which was scheduled on 21.09.2009. In fact, by an interim order dated 09.10.2009, the petitioner was relegated to the remedy of an election petition. In any event, the term of the Managing Committee, which had been elected in the said election is also said to have expired. Nothing survives in the writ petition and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Sd/-
