JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner herein is the accused in Crime No.1077/2014 of Pavaratty Police Station, Thrissur District registered for offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 354, 294(b), 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. He apprehends arrest in connection with the aforementioned crime and in the circumstances he had filed the above captioned anticipatory bail application. The only non-bailable offence alleged in respect of the above crime is one under Section 354 Indian Penal Code.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor would submit that after investigation though initially the aforementioned offences were registered in respect of the above crime, after investigation, the investigating officer, after following necessary procedure/formalities in this regard, had deleted the non-bailable offence therein viz., one under Section 354 Indian Penal Code and that all the subsisting offences as of now in ::2::
B.A.No.7757 Of 2014 respect of above said crime are bailable offences. Therefore, the anticipatory bail application is unnecessary and that the final report/charge sheet was filed on 25.10.2014 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Chavakkad.
In view of the above said submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary and accordingly, this anticipatory bail application stands closed.
