JUDGMENT / ORDER

The plaintiffs have filed this suit for partition, for which the defendants filed written statement stating that they have no objection for passing preliminary decree in respect of suit Schedule 1 to 9, the defendant has also filed memo dated 22.02.2017, to that effect. The said memo is recorded. Now, both the counsel for the parties agreed for passing preliminary decree in respect of the entire suit schedule items 1 to 10. There is no quarrel with reference to the rights of the parties, therefore, the preliminary decree is passed, all the plaintiffs are entitled to 1/4th share jointly in the suit schedule properties.
2. With the above terms, the preliminary decree is passed. No costs.
