JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court challenging Ext.P4 order passed by the District Supply Officer. The petitioner applied for temporary permission to run whole sale ration depot No.T.15 where the petitioner worked as salesman. The petitioner has a case that this was run by one Sujathan and he has financed to Sujathan for running this ARD. It seems the licence of Sujathan was suspended and ARD attached to another AWD. The petitioner's request to grant temporary licence has been rejected as per Ext.P4 stating that no decision has been taken to grant temporary permission.
2. If the temporary licence has to be issued necessarily this has to be invited by way of public notice. It is for the department to decide whether temporary licence has to be issued. In view of the above, I do not find any WP(C).No.25854/2014-F.
2 merit in challenge against in Ext.P4. The petitioner has no other relief in this writ petition except for appointment of the petitioner as a temporary licencee in respect of AWD No.T.15.
In view of the above, I do not find any merit in this writ petition, accordingly it is dismissed.
