JUDGMENT / ORDER

Prayers: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 5th respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.98A/2012, dated 28.05.2012 and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to restore the pay of petitioner as on 01.01.2006 in the pay band of Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay 5400, as fixed originally with all benefits.
For Petitioner : Mr.R.Saseetharan (in both the Writ Petitions) For Respondents: Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, GA (in both the Writ Petitions) C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the endorsement made, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected M.Ps. are closed.
