JUDGMENT / ORDER

tsh Criminal Revisions are filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.PC to call for the entire records in Crl.MP.Nos.1173, 1006 and 1007 of 2010 and respectively in CC.No.10 of 2010 pending on the file of the II Additional District and Special Judge for CBI Cases, Coimbatore and set aside the order dated 29.09.2014 and 09.09.2014 respectively passed by the II Additional District and Special Judge for CBI Cases, Coimbatore and allow the revision petition filed by the petitioners.
For Petitioners : Mr.V.S.Venkatesh in all the cases.
The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal original petition and the criminal revisions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the criminal original petition and the criminal revisions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
