When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent/contemnor would submit that the Director of School Education by an order dated 06.09.2017 has given instruction to the Balamandram Higher Secondary School, Madurai, to correct the community name of the petitioner in the Transfer Certificate, therefore, the petitioner has to approach the said school to correct the Transfer Certificate.
2.In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Balamandiram Higher Secondary School, Madurai to make corrections in the Transfer Certificate. No costs.
