The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-issuance of the permit granted as per Ext.P1. The grant was made on 08.08.2014. The issuance is pending for reason of the settlement of timings not having been convened and finalized by the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Kannur. In such circumstance, if the respondent is not able to convene and finalize the settlement of timings, after hearing the affected parties within two months from today, the petitioner shall be issued with the permit on the proposed timings however, pending finalization. The writ petition is disposed of.
