JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the respondent to re-issue the temporary permit, which is valid till 04.01.2015 and in respect of which the petitioner, through Ext.P2 application, applied for re-issue of temporary permit on 18.12.2014. 2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader for the respondent.
3. If there is no other person having a better claim, who has applied for the temporary permit on the route in question, there will be a direction to the respondent to issue a temporary permit of four month duration within a week from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P2.
4. It is made clear that the re-issuance of temporary W.P.(C) No.35277 of 2014 (H) 2 permit will be subject to any preferential claim.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
