The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by the non conclusion of the proceedings based on Ext.P12 issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Fort Kochi. It seems that a detailed report has been field by the Vazhakkala Village Officer regarding the encroachment of the properties mentioned therein. The petitioner's case is that river and poramboke lands have been encroached by numerous persons who were not identifiable. Considering Ext.P12, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to take steps under the Land Conservancy Act and after following the procedure under the Land Conservancy Act, take action to evict the illegal occupants of the river and ponds in accordance with law. Needful shall be done within a period of three months.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
