JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI)
1. Learned APP Mr. H. K. Patel made available for perusal communication dated 24.06.2012. It is mentioned therein that on inquiry it was found that the mother of the convict was not able to produce any papers pertaining to the treatment of her husband - father of the convict.
2. In view of that no case is made out for grant of temporary bail and hence the same is rejected.
